MagChem^® 40:
High Purity Reactive Magnesium Oxide

A high purity technical grade magnesium oxide, MagChem 40 has a high reactivity index and a low bulk density.

MagChem 40 is well-suited for many rubber formulations, particularly neoprene. It finds wide use as a filler, anti-caking agent, and pigment extender, and is extremely efficient in chemical processes where ease of conversion is a factor. It’s also used in the production of oil additives and the desilication of water.

MagChem 40 is available in bulk carload and truckload, 25-kg (55.1-lb) polyethylene-lined, multi-walled bags and 1,000-kg (2204-lb) bulk sacks, and is distributed in the U.S. by Premier Chemicals, LLC.
