MagChem^® 50:
High Purity Reactive Grade Magnesium Oxide

A high purity technical grade magnesium oxide, MagChem 50 has a high reactivity index, low bulk density and excellent flow properties.

MagChem 50 is well suited for chemical reactions where high reactivity and rapid conversion to magnesium hydroxide are required because of its very high surface area. Its high purity and controlled activity make it an excellent magnesium source for the manufacture of many magnesium compounds.

Other applications include rubber compounding, plastic thickening, chemical intermediary, and a variety of selective adsorptions.

MagChem 50 is available in bulk carload and truckload, 25-kg (55.1-lb) polyethylene-lined, multi-walled bags and 1,000-kg (2204-lb) bulk sacks, and is distributed in the U.S. by Premier Chemicals, LLC.
